James, Managing Director
With 15 years of management, talent and recruitment experience from small business through to large ASX listed organisations and across industries, James has a wealth of talent sourcing, assessment and management experience. Combined with membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and psychometric assessment certifications, James is well placed to advise employers on talent matters.
After working with Filipino candidates across BPO and direct freelancing solutions, James founded Bravesheep to make it easier for Australian employers to connect with great offshore talent.
